Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Crenes Core ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our mobile products, including the game CuppoTap, coming soon to Google Play and the Apple App Store. By downloading or using our products, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not directly collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). Our apps do not require account registration or login.

However, our apps use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA)
• IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
• Device type, operating system version, and language
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, view duration)

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their Privacy Policy.

2. How we use information

We use AdMob solely to display ads within our apps (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads). We do not use any collected data for profiling, selling to third parties, or any purpose beyond operating our products.

3. Third-party services

Our apps integrate Google AdMob only — an advertising network by Google LLC.

We do not integrate analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or social media platforms.

4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, our app may display Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt requesting permission to track your activity across apps and websites. If you deny permission, you will still see ads — just not personalized ones.

5. Children's privacy (COPPA)

Our apps are rated for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate action.

6. Data retention

We do not store any personal data on our own servers. Data collected by AdMob is subject to Google's own retention and deletion policies. You may request deletion via Google Account settings.

7. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

If you are located in the EU or Turkey, you may have rights including:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to request correction or deletion
• Right to object to or restrict processing
• Right to data portability

8. Opt-out of personalized ads

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable for our app

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect our products. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
